Delivery

 

How long will my order take?

Our current delivery options will be clearly displayed at checkout, and also on your order confirmation email. Please choose the option that suits you best. If your product is needed by a specific date please add this information to the comments section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Standard UK delivery service is sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For (which will generally take 1-2 days to deliver after dispatch). 

Express UK delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will aim to deliver the next working day before 1pm. A signature is required.

International delivery service - Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Most parcels should be delivered within 3-5 working days (Europe) & 5-7 working days (Worldwide). A signature will be required.

Print Kits are sent via Royal Mail first class post and we aim to dispatch the following working day after an order is placed. If you require the print kit to be sent urgently, please order one of the individual print kits before 1pm & select the express shipping option at checkout.

We can only give approximate delivery periods based on approximate dispatch times. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within our standard timescales, but this may be longer during busy periods such as sale times.  If your order is urgent, please select the appropriate express service, or email us at info@bellaandbow.co.uk and we will do our best to help you. Your purchases will be sent to the address that you give in your order.

Direct Gift Delivery

Gifts can be delivered directly to the person of your choice. Just fill in the name and address of the recipient in the ‘delivery address’ space at the checkout stage.

 

Lost or Delayed Items

If your items are lost or delayed, please email us at info@bellaandbow.co.uk quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate this for you.

Postage Claims

If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact us as soon as possible. You must contact us a maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for us to progress a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Signed For delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 3 working days of its expected delivery date.

Special delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 1 working day of it's expected delivery date. 

Customs Information

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import taxes on the products you buy. Any such taxes are your responsibility.  You should contact your local customs office for further information.

We are unable to calculate any customs or import duties levied when the goods arrive in your country. Delays may occur in customs which effect the delivery time quoted and this is beyond our control.
