How long will my order take?
For our standard UK & Ireland delivery service:
Engraved Products - We aim to dispatch these products within 5 working days of you placing your order (and in the case of handprint/doodle products, us receiving useable handprints).
Handmade Products - We aim to dispatch these products within 10 working days of receiving your order/useable handprints.Standard UK delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (this can take 2-3 days to deliver after dispatch). A signature is not required.
Some smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For (which will generally take 1-2 days to deliver after dispatch).
Standard Ireland delivery service is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This can take 3-5 days for delivery after dispatch. A signature is required. We do not currently offer a priority service for Ireland, but please contact us for a quote on urgent orders.
International delivery service - Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Most parcels should be delivered within 3-5 working days (Europe) & 5-7 working days (Worldwide). A signature will be required.
We can only give approximate delivery periods based on approximate dispatch times. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within our standard timescales, but this may be longer during busy periods such as sale times. If your order is urgent, please select the appropriate priority service, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you. Your purchases will be sent to the address that you give in your order.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import taxes on the products you buy. Any such taxes are your responsibility. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Our delivery charges are set out in the product descriptions of our website, they may also be subject to change without notice. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Please contact us for a quote for International Delivery.
Direct Gift Delivery
Gifts can be delivered directly to the person of your choice. Just fill in the name and address of the recipient in the ‘delivery address’ space at the checkout stage and state in the Order Notes section that you would like to have the invoice sent to you at the billing address rather than with the parcel.
Lost or Delayed Items
If your items are lost or delayed, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate this for you.
If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact us as soon as possible. You must contact us a maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for us to progress a claim with Royal Mail.
Signed For delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 3 working days of its expected delivery date.
Special delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 1 working day of it's expected delivery date.

We are unable to calculate and are not responsible for any customs or import duties levied when the goods arrive in your country. Delays may occur in customs which effect the delivery time quoted and this is beyond our control.
